[nfbcs] Using R with JAWS

Hi,

If anyone has resources or tips for using R on the command line with
JAWS, I'll take them. There  seems to be little documentation about
this, a couple of years old, so I mostly want to make sure that the
suggestions are similar to to learn about potentially good user
guides.
