Most of you won't care as your source is a big box store.
I took advantage of black Friday pricing a few months ago and was finally 
able to complete a new system build after problems with installing the 
processor on two different boards and a man at a local Microcenter store 
assisted with the third board.
The main components were a MSI z97-g45 board, i7-4790k 4.0 1150 chip, and 
16g of corsair vengance 1600 ram.

The point is with a MSI z97-g45, there were no beeps after successful post 
and you can be tricked into thinking you need to chase down additional 
problems when in fact, there is a high probability that a cloned windows 
drive will load to proove success before installing the main components into 
the case.
