[nfbcs] JAWS with Firebug and Firefox

For firebug, you need to make sure that the tab is enabled.  When you
first install Firebug pretty much everything is disabled.
Unfortunately, I don't recall how I did that, but I do recall it was a
huge pain.

Once it's activated, I generally find I have better luck when I turn
the virtual cursor off completely (Insert+z) and just use the tab keys
to navigate through the controls in each tab.

Let me know if you still can't figure it out.
