[nfbcs] Frequent JAWS crashes when using Microsoft products

I have got information from a source who is knowledgeable that Windows 
10 checks every piece of software on a machine for a license.  Windows 
10 also makes microsoft office 2013 useless (unable to run).  The 
work-around is to replace microsoft office 2013 with openoffice.
