[nfbcs] Creating Flow Charts

Hello Listers:
I am cross-posting this question because I believe it is applicable to
both groups. Does anyone have any experience creating flow charts
business process diagrams as a blind person?
My job entails developing technical requirements and process
improvement initiatives. I want to be able to communicate to sighted
colleagues my ideas and suggestions  in a visual format. And while
text does work, a picture is worth a thousand words.
