[nfbcs] Visual Studio - Low Vision

Hey gang,
I was wondering if you could help me out.  A friend of mine has low vision
and needs to use visual studio.
Does anyone know if it supports font size/font specification or color
(foreground/background) color specification for the code view and other
interface elements so that someone who uses the high contrasdt black color
scheme of windows can use it?
Any other tips or advice would also be appreciated
