[nfbcs] ticket systems

My information is pretty dated given that I left the field in June of 2010,
but I normally found the time and project tracking software to be pretty
inaccessible. Remedy was what I tried to use, both the web and PC versions.
I did find active directory to work pretty well as long as I was not trying
to access it through a remote server.

Subject: [nfbcs] ticket systems

Hi,

I would like to hear opinions of what customer tracking/ticket software like
remedy, service now, the one from oracle, etc. are accessible with jaws.
I would also like to hear suggestions other than go read a book of how
someone gains experience with active directory.
Thanks,
Bryan Schulz
