[nfbcs] trouble with JAWS on web site

Hello.  I am trying to work with a JAWS user on using a web site to take
on-line courses.  When a sighted person clicks on the Agree link, a web page
opens to enter a user name and password.  When a JAWS user presses Enter on
the link, it seems to stay on the same page.  The web site is below.

Is there something a JAWS user can do to activate this link?
