[nfbcs] Computer Stubborn to Power Up

I have heard of this. All we could do was try a different plug-in. You might try a different outlet, even though it is on the same surge protector. Sometimes an individual outlet on those will go out. Sometimes, it is a matter of holding the power button long enough, and maybe even wiggling it a bit.
