[nfbcs] Irrelevant to Topic was RE: examples of inaccessible web site?

I feel the same way about this post below. Looks like there was only the 
one post on IE being replaced by Edge, and it was trivial of me to hit 
the delete key and move on, but now I have to read this message as well. 
I'd suggest leaving matters like this up to the moderator.
