[nfbcs] windows 10, URLs entered in the start menu always come up in Edge, not the default browser

Curtis,

I thought there was a somewhat obscure setting that could change that and
that screen readers were supposed to change this setting automatically.
This may not have been  added until anniversary edition, though.

Yes, that is correct. Edge still is invoked if something in a Start Menu
search goes to the Web.
