Greetings:

I know this often goes without saying, but in this field, there are time
when technology simply doesn't get you what you need in a timely fashion.
Hence, I trust that you are comfortable with the use of human readers for
those situations where technology simply doesn't provide the access you
need. The trick in working with readers is to know when the reader is the
optimal solution to a specific problem versus independently performing the
task using the technology you have at hand.
