[nfbcs] WX Python Accessible TreeviewsAccessible

hi, I am trying to work on a project in wx python for python 3, and I
was wondering if there was anyone who has had experience working with
WX python and knows how to create accessible treeviews. I suppose I
don't have to use wx python for the project, but I am just most
familiar with this  GUI library.

All of the code I have found for tree views has not worked at all. I
am really just looking for accessibility  for JAWS and NVDA.
