[nfbcs] Issue with Sounds in Microsoft Office 365

That is what I had installed. It is squirly to install it for Office 365
because it doesn't think you have office on your computer. I successfully
installed it using the work around, but it doesn't seem to be working

I have a program, from Microsoft, called sounds.exe. You run it and it adds
sounds to MS office. I can send it to you, if you want.
