[nfbcs] How Do You Print Envelopes with a Printer that Does Not Have an Envelope Slot

            Most printers have a slot that slides open in the tray where the
printed paper lands for putting envelopes when you want to print an address
on an envelope, but mine does not. Does anyone know what to do in this case?
