[nfbcs] Accessible Technical Book Site

Just use Bookshare and vitalsource.com. Those are the most accessible 
textbooks/technical book resources on the market. They both work in all 
operating systems including Windows, OSX, and any flavor of Linux that 
uses Firefox. I don't recommend buying ebooks directly from publishers 
unless they have a solid accessibility program such as the above websites.
