Safari Books Online has a website and iOS app. Both are mostly accessible,
with the occasional unlabeled link. You can probably get some of the same
content through Bookshare.

Thought this might be of interest to some out there.

I found this site after buying one of their publications on Amazon Kindle,
but the Kindle version turned out to be inaccessible to JAWS and NVDA.  I
ended up buying 5 books for $20.  Their web reader is accessible and you can
also download PDF/EPUB versions  (although I don't know how accessible  They
are).

 

You don't have to buy any subscription and they take Paypal payments.
