[NFBCS] Linux web browsers

Afternoon:

I am looking for a Linux web browser that can do the following:

1.	can view pages
2.	allowing editing of edit fields
3.	be used across a ssh connection.

I am currently using a CentOS box that I am SSH into. I need to download
packages from the internet into a Linux box but am unable to sign into the
site and cannot download the package.
