[NFBCS] Citrix accessibility

I am trying to think of some way to get reasonably easy access to Citrix. 
If Citrix is running with Windows Server as the OS, does it have Narrator
built-in?  Narrator has gotten more robust recently.  Would it be possible
to run Narrator on the citrix server and get access to the apps running
there, or at least some of them?
Or is this a totally ridiculous idea?
