[NFBCS] Obtaining Headers From An Email

Hello Leslie,

Open the e-mail in question, and activate the reply all option.  Arrow down the message body, and you will have the header of the original e-mail.  You can cut and paste what you need.  Remember that you can control + c the individual items, and recover each item separately by placing the cursor where you need it to be, and hitting control  + v, and arrowing down the list.  When you see the item you want, hit enter.

I need the headers from an email to cut and paste into a document for a class project. I just need the basic headers such as from, to, subject, and date the email was sent. Is there an easy way to get this info? I thought about forwarding the message to myself, but that would add the greater than signs I'd have to clean up. I'd rather not do this since I need the entire message for the project. Any and all ideas welcome.
