Simplest is to hit reply and then copy the text. Others have said this.

Cordially,

Subject: [NFBCS] Obtaining Headers From An Email

I need the headers from an email to cut and paste into a document for a
class project. I just need the basic headers such as from, to, subject,
and date the email was sent. Is there an easy way to get this info? I
thought about forwarding the message to myself, but that would add the
greater than signs I'd have to clean up. I'd rather not do this since I
need the entire message for the project. Any and all ideas welcome.
