[NFBCS] Questions about Google Docs

Thanks to those of you who replied to this message. I enabled Braille 
support and print view is checked. I'm still only seeing one page of the 
document. the creator said she uploaded a file I emailed her. I'm now 
trying to figure out why I'm not seeing it. Maybe she didn't append it to 
the end of the document so it's a separate file? I'm just trying to figure 
things out.

PS. I was able to download the document and I'm seeing the same thing in 
the Word document.
