Without knowing any of the specifics of your WebX implementation or what OS you are running on your Mac, I would suggest that you do the following:
1. go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy, and select the Privacy tab.
2. In the Categories Table, look at the following categories, and make sure Cisco WebEx Meetings has been granted permission in each category.
a. Microphone
b. Screen Recording

Note: Before attempting to make any changes in Security and Privacy, you will need to select “Click the Lock to Make Changes”, and enter your admin password.

HTH.

Hi everyone,
I still am not being able to get any sound on my Mac computer when going to WebEx for our classes.
I have tried everything I know, and two sided people have tried everything they know.
It works just great on my phone, so if I cannot figure out how to fix it, anyone have any ideas? Then I will just use my phone.
Thank you
