[NFBCS] Webex and accessibility?

In the desktop client, at least, I have sometimes turned JAWS speech off and used ctrl-M to mute and unmute myself. You get a double beep when you unmute, and a single beep when you mute. But I have also had times when I could hear everyone but could no longer affect my mute button.

Thanks, Curtis. I've had trouble unmuting in Webex since I prefer to enter my meetings muted (I think that's the safest way). I also have trouble getting to the chat box. I've been able to chat with a specific person such as my professor but haven't figured out how to chat publicly. The presenters never give you an option to call in by phone, so I've never been able to use it. Is three a number that you can use that method? I know there is a number in San Francisco and Atlanta, but don't have either one. I still like Skype for Business better, but it's being abandoned for some reason.
