[NFBCS] JAWS 2021 Not Reading Window Title When Changing Windows

Hi, Dave,
Those comments apply to email messages in Outlook and only when you finally let up on the alt key do we no longer speak the window name a second time.

We're having trouble figuring out what's unique about the machines on which people are seeing no speech when holding down Alt and pressing tab.  So if any of you experiencing it have theories, please write to me off list. Seems that this discussion has taken up enough band width here. I'll report back once we have a more definitive answer.

There was something in the new features stuff about handling titles
differently when you alt-tab.\
