[NFBCS] Is it possible to download videos from YouTube?

Youtube-dl is a popular command line tool for downloading Youtube videos.

I'm not sure what constitutes an accessible video editor. I would probably
use Quicktime Player for a simple edit. If you know the exact times of the
segments to extract, ffmpeg is a reliable command line video editor that is
definitely accessible, although with a lot of arcane command line options
that take a while to master.
