Hi. No the audio is turned off and not started  when you install windows
server using a local vm. In hyper v, not sure about vm work station. Okay
and also when you created domain controllers. You don't get seem to get
speech, and use windows narrator and nvda. As don't have a jaws remote
licence. Looking to purchase a jaws remote licence for 2021. So, okay will
try cmd or maybe can use net start audiosrv from the run dialog.
