[NFBCS] How Do People Navigate the Orders Page of Amazon with JAWS or NVDA

I used to use the mobile/accessible version, but Amazon has made
it such that, even if you go to the accessible version, it still gives the
normal orders page. The orders page is just a long list of links, buttons,
etc. with no clear distinction between orders. There is bolded text at the
top that should be a heading but is not. From examining the HTML, it seems
that the page is styled visually as a grid, but it was done using CSS on
arbitrary elements.

So, how do people navigate this with JAWS and NVDA?

Also, I have tried to give accessibility feedback through online
customer service before, but it is like talking to a brick wall.
