Hi Marvin,
I believe what you're after are these two pieces:
1. The tool developed by Microsoft to create or modify unattended 
install answer files is called Windows System Image Manager:

2. The procedure to get the answer file and install media working 
together so the installation completes with no user interaction:

There is another thing worth mentioning you didn't ask for...  if you 
have a fully licensed vSphere connected to vCenter, you can create a 
Custom OS profile in vCenter, clone an existing server VM, and it will 
inject an answer file into the new VM and initiate sysprep when you 
power it on.  You can learn more about that here:
