[NFBCS] Trouble with email on laptop

The only add-on I have is the one that makes a sound when a download is complete. I'm not running anything extra, that I know of.
I'll think about reinstalling Firefox, but meantime I'll try to act on the message that says something is slowing it down.
Good to know my speeds are adequate.
Thanks for your advice.
Tracy

Your ping and speeds are adequate and shouldn’t timeout. You aren’t running a torrent client or anything else that would devour your bandwidth? No browser add-ons, proxy or custom internet settings?
Try changing to Google or Cloudflare DNS and reinstall firefox.
