[NFBCS] Fixing Outlook

[Tracy Carcione]

I called Microsoft Disability Help, and their technician solved my problem!
And I think it actually might have been a screen reader problem after all.
Outlook was minimized, and, when he maximized it again, it was fine.
So simple, but I couldn't figure it out at all.
