[NFBCS] problems with JAWS 2021 and my Linovo laptop

Good morning all,

I am using the latest version of jaws2021 with my Linovo Yoga
laptop running Windows 10.
I'm having all kinds of problems as it seems that JAWS is causing problems
with me using the keyboard. I have the layout set to laptop. It works fine
for a while, but then, the keys don't function properly. For instance, if I
am using the arrow keys to read through text, I keep hearing "select or
unselect" as if I were holding down the control key, but that isn't the
case. The caps lock key isn't functioning properly either as I can't use it
to enter JAWS commands.

I had to go back to using jaws 2020.
Any help and advice is appreciated.
