[NFBCS] Making Outlook my Default Program in Mecrosoft Edge

Not quite sure what you are looking to do here. If you set Outlook to be your default email program, selecting a mailto link in Edge should open Outlook.
You can also set Edge to be your default browser in the same default applications dialog.
