[NFBCS] Custom ROM - Android

Hello,

I’m wondering if anyone has experience with running a custom rom on Android in regard to scream eaters. I am assuming that talk bag has been stripped away from Android, but I am also assuming that it should be easy to add a screen later by installing the Apk. Any thoughts or ideas on this? Any recommendations for other screen readers compatible with Android?
