[NFBCS] Filling in Tables

I have to fill in the information for a couple of Word tables for an 
assignment in my budget and finance class. I noticed that some of the 
columns are spoken but not displayed in Braille, which is very annoying. 
What is the easiest way to fill in a table? I know you use tab to move 
from column to column. How can you ensure you don't mess up the 
formatting? Any help would be appreciated.
