Yes they do.
There are 3 keys to the left of the Spacebar, (ALT, Windows, CTRL), and 4 keys to the right of the Spacebar, (ALT, Windows, Applications, CTRL).

I have one of these keyboards, and I love it.
It is expensive, and worth every penny.
