[NFBCS] How in the World Do You Rearrange Sheets in Excel Using the Keyboard

You can do this from the Format submenu in the Home group of the ribbon. You can get here by hitting alt followed by h followed by o. You'll see Rename Sheet as one option and another is Move and copy.

            Every article that I can find on the internet either only tells how to move between sheets with the keyboard-not rearrange them-or tells you to drag using the mouse. How do you rearrange sheets using the keyboard?
