In Office 2016, You go to options on the Home Ribbon and there is an option
for Move or Rename sheet. I remember that it was equally as easy in 2010,
but it has been so many years since I used it, that I don't remember how.
Hopefully this will give you something to work with.

Every article that I can find on the internet either only tells
how to move between sheets with the keyboard-not rearrange them-or tells you
to drag using the mouse. How do you rearrange sheets using the keyboard?
Office 2010.
