[NFBCS] Important JAWS Tandem Information for JAWS 2022 Users

I took this as less of a question and more of a jab.

I don't think anyone was claiming to be a rehab engineer (what is a 
rehab engineer), and I'm not sure why someone -should- be ready to do 
anything. Every job is different, everyone works differently. This is 
strictly a heads-up, not a request for someone to pass judgement.
