[NFBCS] Scripting Fundamentals Course

Why would you spell out punctuation names? If you do that, they take
up a lot more space on a Braille display, and more keystrokes to
navigate through each one.
Are the punctuations allowed in descriptions, e.g. could you write "("
as a description?
