[NFBCS] E-Mail Issues Again, Mail Client Suggestions Please

Hi Pete.
My husband and I use Thunderbird on our laptops. I don't love it, but it
works OK. Windows Mail works OK, too.
I don't love it because the layout is a bit like a webpage, and I have to
tab through the calendar to get to my inbox, but it's accessible. Maybe I'm
just used to Outlook.

Subject: [NFBCS] E-Mail Issues Again, Mail Client Suggestions Please

Hello again everyone,

Last week I wrote concerning issues with Microsoft Outlook
not opening after crashes. I was told that this could only be fixed by
uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft 365. This is not going to happen
until we upgrade to Windows 11. The alternative would be to use another
full-featured e-mail client. No one gave me any recommendations. I would
appreciate suggestions of accessible E-Mail programs to consider so we have
a backup mail program should issues with Outlook continue to occur. I've
used Eudora and Thunderbird in the past under earlier versions of windows.
Given its "Dumbed down" nature Windows Mail is out of the question.
Truthfully we've always had multiple mail programs installed to protect us
from e-mail client failures and need to go back to doing that. Your mail
program suggestions that work under Windows 10 and 11 will be very much
appreciated. All the best.

Peter Donahue
