As with most complex, web-based applications, it's a mixed bag. They have a
number of keyboard shortcuts, but they don't work consistently depending on
which "pane" of the tool you are in. "Ctrl+." supposedly brings up a "enter
a command" dialog that can be used to do a number of other tasks. However,
for me it's inconsistent and requires that I press "Ctrl+Windows+." to
activate it. Other shortcuts like Ctrl+P to open a particular file work,
but only if you're focus in in an editor window. Then it jumps focus to a
different place with no way to move focus back to the editor. So you need
to use the mouse to re-establish focus in the editor. Likewise if you run a
program with Ctrl+Enter it works great. But focus moves to a terminal
window with no means of changing short of mouse clicks.

In other words, keyboard-based accessibility is somewhere between bad and
non-existent. I don't use a screen reader so I can't speak to that aspect.
But I don't think accessibility is high on their priority list.
