[NFBCS] Switch to iPhone?

Hi All,

 

My phone is possessed.  I've been a Samsung Galaxy S series  owner for over
15 years now but my latest phone (unlocked S10+ on TMobile/Sprint network)is
the worst.  Everyday I turn on this phone is an adventure.  The volume level
randomly changes from too loud to completely off with no vibration, Bixby
works then it doesn't, I don't get notifications when the screen is off (I
have no lock screen), and other random issues that challenge my sanity.
Yesterday I tried to use Bixby to turn on Talkback but Bixby wouldn't
respond to my voice commands  So I tried with Google  .  It told me Talkback
was on but it still wasn't working.  After about 4 hours of not being able
to use my phone everything  once again started working correctly.  

 

Do iPhone users experience the same kind of issues?  I ask because this
week's iPhone 13 release got me thinking it may be time to try an Apple
phone.  I'm looking for reliability rather than all kinds of bells and
whistles that I never use.

 

However, I'm worried about transitioning to the iPhone.  Of those of you
that have done this, would you please let me know about your experience?
