[NFBCS] Any advice on how to proceed with an ADA complaint against the NFL?

get the $100 back with the help of your credit card company. As far as filing an ADA complaint, you can try. You can also see if an attorney would it take the case pro bono where they would take a portion out after the lawsuit. You would want to look for disability lawyers who have done similar cases in the past. Perhaps you could see which lawyers worked on the greyhound case and the dominoes case to see if they would help.

Another problem is but technically they might be able to get away with it if they are providing equal access not inside the app. For example, some places within accessible websites have gotten away with it by saying that a blind person can do business with them over the phone. Greyhound was actually charging fees to use the phone service when the website wasn't accessible, and there are things you can do on the dominoes app that you can't do on the phone.

cooks illustrated is also similar so if you get it figured out let me know because I want to do the same thing to make cooks illustrated be accessible. But more importantly, Walmart really needs to be accessible.
