[NFBCS] PDF in Adobe BC not displaying with accessibility

The PDF file itself is not completely image file though it might have 
some figures images embedded inside PDF file as my sighted assistance 
tells me the PDF file is entirely written in \LaTeX and/or \TeX so for 
him it is completely accessible but not for me and my Intuitions tells 
me it might be problem with PDF reading software as it is not able to 
render accessibility standards for Blind/VisuallyImpaired and as it is 
correctly rendered by my screenreader as "unknown" "unknown" "unknown" 
dialogue message so I wish the software should be more robust
