Hello:

Is anyone successfully using this device? If so, which model do you have? 
There is a model with an app, but the other model does not. My sister and 
I are making some progress, but had a little setback last night <smile>. 
Is the app accessible? Are you able to feel the buttons? I can, but am 
trying to figure them out. How do you know when to replace the cartridge?
