[NFBCS] WINDOWS 11

At present, Microsoft is not supporting the Intel i3-7020U chip in your
computer. I can't pretend to know why, especially since everything else is
compatible. But they decided to only support 8000-series chips and
above, so yours is 1 year too old. But who knows, they may change their
mind.
