[NFBCS] does anyone know what is wrong with my phone?

it does have to do with computer science because people do ask technology questions here, and because people in the computer science field would be more likely to know about the programming and everything that is going on with Apple.

Plus, Samantha, coming on could be a programming thing. Everything was fine until I contacted Apple Accessibility because the pronunciation dictionary stopped working when iOS updated. He had me erase the phonetic alphabet of my name, and then said to redo it. But then, when I try to dictate a replacement, it was not using the phonetic alphabet like it should. Then he told me to switch to a different voice like that, would do anything, but I did. It did nothing, but ever since I did that, Samantha now comes on occasionally. I can't get rid of her. Then he had me download a phonetic alphabet keyboard. I asked him how that was going to work since neither of us are linguists, and we do not know the sound of each phonetic character.'would not answer and told me to just do it, and of course I was right, and it didn't do anything and he had me uninstall it.

If they don't fix it soon I guess I will have to find another program that can listen to you speak and then type in the phonetic alphabet and then copy and paste that. But the whole point of this is that everything was fine, and then, after talking to Apple Accessibility, this whole Samantha thing started. I had been talking to them for a long time about the proximity sensor thing, which they don't care about, but now it's partially fixed, because if you lock the screen it stays.

And it has to do with Nfb as well because they are closely tied with Apple and accessibility. Actually, the only reason Apple is accessible in the first place is because the Nfb filed a lawsuit. i'm actually surprised how they got that to work because generally the ADA says that a service has to be accessible, but not a product, which is why no one is required to make accessible appliances and other things. If this gets any worse, maybe someone should write a resolution to get Apple to stop building new things until they have fixed what they already have, at least where VoiceOver is concerned.

If I'm in a place with a keyboard, it might type the letters when I'm trying to do a gesture. For example, it types letters when I'm trying to control the router.

I forgot the name of the setting, and I can't look it up right now because of my nonworking screen, but I have the setting on where you slide to the correct letter and lift your finger to type it, but it is not doing that. It keeps typing every letter as I slide my finger over it.

I have Alex, but sometimes she speaks randomly. I want this smart punctuation with dictation turned off. I will dictate my punctuation marks where they need to go.

When I double tap to dictate it sometimes does, sometimes tries to play music or audio, and sometimes does both. Except it is not working at times either so it says speech on or speech off, or whatever, and then it activates help at times as well, which is supposed to be with four fingers.
