[NFBCS] does anyone know what is wrong with my phone?

A couple of things you might want to try:
1.  Take off your phone case and clean both the case and the phone.
Even a little debris can cause an issue.
2. Try it without the case to see if pressure from the case is making
the touch screen wig out
