[NFBCS] does anyone know what is wrong with my phone?

	Hello.  It sounds like you have either one or two features of the
phone, one VoiceOver, the other not, turned on that you don't want.

1.  In VoiceOver settings, make sure you have  the typing mode set to
standard or touch typing, but not direct typing.  Direct typing is for
folks who have some residual eyesight who can see the keyboard and touch
keys without having to scrub the screen first.

2.  In settings, make sure you have something called 3D touch turned off.
It's possible you're touching the screen with too much pressure, and if you
have this feature turned on, the phone will interpret your gestures as
something different than the ones you intend.
